New York

We went to New York the 16th of October. We catched the bus at 10 o’clock and we arrived New York about 15:00h. When we arrived we went first of all to the hoteland then we went to walk in New York. The Saturday’s afternoon we were walking around Manhattan. About 7 o’clock we went to have dinner to an American restaurant.

After dinner we went shopping to Time Square and then we went to the hotel.

The next day we got up at 7 o’ clock in the morning and we went to many different palaces. First we went where the two towers were and it was very strange for us because we were in the place that we had seen on T.V and we knew what had happehed there, we were very sad.

After that we went to the the Liberty Statue, it was very cold. Then, we went to have lunch. In the afternoon we went to the Empire State Building , it was very exciting! We seemed like a hunt because the Empire is a very, very, high building (the highest building of New York).

After that we went to the bus and we came back to Pabody(the city where we were living).

This travel was really nice and very, very, very exciting and funny.

Extra

In Peabody

One of the first says we went to a party in Peabody High School. It was the Ice Cream Party. We went the Spanish students and the American students. We had a good time.

Everyday the first period we were in the library of the school in order to do our Spanish homework.

One day we went to the city hall and the mayor received us. He gave us a present, a T-shirt of Peabody. He was talking with us aboutthe differences between Spain and the United States of America. We took alt of photos with him.

In another places:

We went to Salem, the witch’s city, and we were in two museums there: the witch museum and the chineese museum. I liked a lot the witch museum, it was very fun.

We went to Boston for two times (I went three times because my host family took me there).

The firs time we went there for knowing the city. We were in the government, in the common park, in the Italian zone, in the Constitution ship, in the older house of Boston, in Samuel Adams place and in a lot of very interesting places of Boston.
